Very expensive service charge 225$ just to look. If it's more you get charged another service fee. Great work but more geared towards high wage earners. If you make less then 76000 a year I recommend trying a more affordable mechanic. Unfortunately alot of the general public is still on 2019 wages capital ford is geared more towards 2025 unsure if the gap will ever be bridged. So unless your union or a government employee you might wanna shop around. Overall very pleased with service and knowledge of technicians. Especially during the harsh winter.

Great communication from Mike on service needed. Explained prices for each area and spoke about whether they had parts available and what absolutely needed to be fixed. Agreed on the initial problem I came in for and he told me pricing in closing serve and taxes so there were no surprises when I went to pay and then called me when it was all completed.
